Maintaining a productive lifestyle is not an easy task when disabilities hinder your life. As a disabled woman, I find it difficult to shop for any length of time. My energy level decreases quickly and the 'brain fog' overcomes my ability to think coherently. As the aches and pains of moving become more prominent, my overall physical and mental state deteriorate to the point of unsafe driving. Therefore, I do most of my shopping online. The life I save, may be yours.

Online shopping has become a huge business, but for the disabled it is almost a necessity. I want to help you find what you are looking for and provide you with well established businesses that have secure sites for carefree shopping.

I want to address the possible crafts that are available and easy to handle for someone chair bound, as well as offer advice on where to find good vitamins, minerals and unusual products.

Links will be offered to help cope with disabilities, educate you on your illness and give you a chance to help yourself.

The mental state of a recently disabled person, is not always a good one. With your help and suggestions these issues will be addressed and links provided.
